This is a mixed media Sculpture focusing on the connection between stone and steel. Stone is the base material of our world and suitably makes for a strong foundation, Steel is adjustable and can be worked repeatedly until it is finely tuned. In this sculpture the materials make contact in three points relying on a combination of balance and compression to allow the structure to rest delicatly on the base.
